After adding the sample to the loading well, it moves along the chromatographic membrane together with the colloidal gold marker. If the sample contains avian influenza virus resistance, it binds with the colloidal gold marker and antibodies on the detection line, resulting in a purplish-red color. If the sample does not contain avian influenza virus resistance, no color reaction occurs. [Storage and Shelf Life] Store in a cool, dry place (2-30°C), shelf life is 24 months. [Sample Requirements] This test card is only suitable for detecting avian influenza virus in secretions from the trachea and cloaca of birds. [Test Method] 1. Collect samples from the cloaca or trachea with a cotton swab; insert the swab into the cloaca or trachea and repeatedly rotate and wipe the inner wall. For young birds, you can also use a cotton swab to directly dip fresh droppings. 2. Unscrew the cap of the dropper bottle, remove the dropper head, insert a cotton swab into the bottle containing the sample buffer, and vigorously rotate the swab on the bottle wall at least 10 times, mixing the solution evenly so that the specimen dissolves as much as possible. Squeeze the cotton swab onto the bottle wall to squeeze out as much liquid as possible, discard the swab, reinstall the drip head, cap the bottle, and mix well; 3. Remove the test card from the sealed bag and place it on a flat surface; 4. Use a dropper bottle to hang vertically, slowly and drop by drop, add 2-3 drops to the sample well on the detection card; 5. Leave at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to determine the result; after 15 minutes, the color development is invalid. [Result Judgment]  1. Negative: In the observation hole, only a purplish-red line appears in the reference line area (C).
2. Positive: In the observation well, both the detection line area (T) and the control line area (C) show purple-red lines. 3. Ineffective: No purplish-red lines appear in the reference line area (C) inside the observation hole. [Diagnostic Reference] If the test result is positive, it indicates that the animal may be infected with avian influenza virus. [Limitations of the Test Method] This test card is for screening only and does not serve as a basis for diagnosis. [Notes] 1. Please read the manual carefully before testing. All reagents provided by this product are for use only. 2. Do not use liquids not required by [sample requirements] as negative controls. 3. Products that are expired or have damaged aluminum foil bags must not be used. 4. When removing the test card from the refrigerator, it should be opened after returning to room temperature. Once opened, the test card should be used as soon as possible to avoid deterioration after moisture. 5. Avoid contact with the chromatography film at the sample holes and detection windows on the test card. 6.
